End of Year Service July 2017
We marked the end of the school year with our End of Year Service at St Edmunds. To conclude the service, certificates were awarded to pupils who had demonstrated the school Christian Values in action over the year. Awards were presented for kindness, respect, courage and determination.
We said a very sad farewell to our Year 2 pupils as well as two children in Year 1 and Reception who were moving to new schools in September. We also said a fond goodbye to Mrs Wildman and thanked her for everything she has done at Maids Moreton.
Children who had been learning to play the piano over the year impressed the audience with their musical skills. The whole school enjoyed singing to the visitors and the soloists all sang beautifully.
Finally we recognised those children who had achieved 100% attendance during the whole school year and those children who had exceeded the school attendance target of 96% during the Summer term.
