VE Day 80th Year Anniversary

Today we marked the 80th Anniversary of VE Day. We held a two minutes' silence and our older children attended a special assembly about VE Day. The children in Upper Key Stage 2 have been learning about World War Two in their history lessons and have produced some super work. The Year 5 and 6 members of our school choir also performed a song written by Simon Hawe MBE especially written for this anniversary.
