School Development Plan

Our key priorities for the 2024-2025 academic year are as follows:

  • Implement and evaluate the impact of the curriculum for the first Year 5/6 class.   
  • Provide additional/further personal development opportunities for KS2 pupils [including a residential visit for UKS2 and a 1 night experience for LKS2] and embed those launched in 2023-2024.
  • Prepare Year 6 pupils for transition to secondary school.
  • Implement and prepare for statutory assessments for Year 6s including 11+ and KS2 SATS
  • Enhance the EYFS outdoor learning environment.
  • Raise standards in maths - ensure that children have a secure and firm understanding of the number system and calculation methods.
